TRAINING PROGRAMS
Paradise MX offers a variety of training programs to help you reach your goals. By becoming a part of our team you will get full access to our facility, amenities, open rider days, race support at specified races and our fine tuned training program. The training program is Monday- Friday and includes an individualized riding program, custom fitness and nutrition programs, as well as mental skills development.

PRIVATE LESSONS
PRIVATE / SMALL GROUP LESSONS MUST BE SCHEDULED WITH JASON MINIMUM OF 48hrs PRIOR TO LESSON DATE.

TRAINING
We follow a structured schedule in order to attain the set goals we have each day. Monday through Friday, riders typically spend 3-4 hours of on-the-bike training with the trainer daily. Once training has competed for the day, they have time to ride on their own if they choose to do so. Weekly schedules are planned every Monday based on each riders upcoming races. Depending on what phase of training the rider may be in, focus may be on working sections, cutting lap times, or working on technique. This will ensure reach rider reaches their desired goals. For race phases we focus heavily on starts, sprints and motos in preparation for a race. Off season has heavy focus on building a strong physical base for the athlete while emphasizing on technique and section work.
STRENGTH TRAINING
Paradise MX has various machines, free weights and cardio equipment to help the riders reach their fitness goals. Some of the machines include:
- Bosu Ball
- Squat rack
- Smith Machines
- Stationary bikes
- Free weights
NUTRITION
Here at Paradise MX we take pride in making sure our athletes are in peak physical shape both on and off the bike. One of the main factors in performing at the highest level is your body’s ability to recover and rebuild day after day. That is where proper nutrition comes in. Our trainer is NASM certified and can assist with day to day help, making sure your body is fueled correctly and ready for your motos! Some of the programs used:

MENTAL TOUGHNESS
Being mentally tough goes well beyond riding. It’s the very basis of success. No matter what you want to achieve in life, being mentally strong and not giving up is a must have skill. Your brain is a muscle just like the rest of your body. You must exercise it (not by lifting weights obviously) but by putting yourself in tough situations that help you grow each day. The more you exercise it day in and day out, the more promises that you keep to yourself, the stronger you’ll be as a person. That will translate into lasting longer in motos when your competition gives up. It goes into out working your competition in the gym. It also means going above and beyond in your personal life as a friend, son, daughter, mother or father.
